We have a family owned high value property owned by 3 brothers and 2 sisters, idea is to open a property development company and transfer that property into a new company with 25% shares for 3 brothers each and 12.5% shares for each sisters respectively.
We are looking to start a development project for which we need following information:

– Procedure, time and costs(including your fees) and any constraints in trasferring a property in the company, although ownership remains with same owners.
